THE ROLE
The Enterprise Account Executive is tasked with cultivating a new business pipeline and promoting our software solutions to potential customers in a vast multi-state territory in the USA. You will engage in qualifying phone calls with decision-makers, deliver presentations and product demonstrations, implement a sales strategy, and successfully close deals. Regular communication with healthcare providers and executive is a key aspect of the role, aiming to comprehend their needs and articulate how the company can offer a viable solution. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in implementing and refining a sales process to optimize pipeline opportunities and surpass sales targets.
This role is hybrid and requires in-office presence 3 days a week at the headquarters in Chicago, IL. You must be within commuting distance of this office location.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Establish and cultivate a strong sales pipeline encompassing hospitals, physician practices, and ambulatory surgery centers within the designated geographic territory

Leverage advanced knowledge of service offerings and a deep understanding of the client's business to effectively showcase the capabilities of the company

Establish and sustain partnership with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations

Take the lead in negotiations and navigate intricate decision-making processes to ssecure new business opportunities

Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Solutions Consultant, and Revenue Operations to consistently enhance and optimize sales strategy and processes
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university

5 years of prior experience in enterprise software sales

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

Health-tech industry experience

Ability to travel at least 25% annually
