As a Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for crafting and customizing high-impact marketing assets, including enclosed trailers, vehicles, displays, and more. This role offers the opportunity to apply your creativity and technical skills to a variety of unique projects, requiring innovation, precision, and craftsmanship
Your work will involve fabrication across multiple materials and components, including steel, aluminum, wood, flooring, walls, electrical, and lighting. All projects are executed in a climate-controlled indoor facility, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Fabricators assist in the planning, coordination, and fabrication of custom experiential marketing assets by:
- Providing creative recommendations to meet customer needs
- Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and other specification instructions
- Welding steel and aluminum
- Delivering Clean and professional finished products
- Setting up, adjusting, and operating both basic and specialized tools and equipment (including but not limited to: hand and power tools, drill press, mill, lathe, grinder, sander, saws, shear, brake and other metal forming and shaping equipment)
- Ensuring machinery is in working order before and after use
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area and environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years related design and fabrication experience, or comparable technical training required
- Ability to read and understand precise measurements
- Ability follow detailed work instructions and maintain high quality standards
- Must be able to communicate and work well as a team member
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MIG and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints
- Basic carpentry and electrical knowledge helpful
