IT Business Lead Analyst - Working Capital Solution - VP Hybrid

The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Product Backlog Management: Create, Prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it contains the right features with DOD (Definition of Done), DOR (Definition of Ready).
• User Stories: Write user stories (functional and system features) with clear acceptance criteria that effectively communicate the product requirements to the development team.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Stakeholders, including Products, Products Managements, Technology Partners, Development Teams, to gather requirement, understand user needs, and receive feedback.
• Release Planning: Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of feature to maximize the business value at the earliest time.
• Product Metrics and Analysis: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the projects and regularly analyze data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks and obstacles that could impact the success of the product.

Qualifications:

• Product Management Experience: Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product manager, or similar role.
• Domain Knowledge: Minimum 6-8 years of work experience of business analysts in Trade Services and Trade Finance Domain.
• Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Certification preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with teams
• and stakeholders.
• Leadership and Decision-Making: Ability to lead and facilitate discussions, make critical decisions, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing requirements, priorities and market conditions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
