What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Enterprise Architect position at Hispanic Technology Executive Council?

You Are:

A transformation ace with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

  • Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients' business needs
  • Drive functional alignment across teams supporting end-to-end design
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
  • Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
  • Pitch in on sales efforts when needed
  • Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise

Here's What You Need:

  • Experience leading and advising in multiple large-scale Cross Functional transformations
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience driving functional alignment across teams and supporting end-to-end design
  • Minimum of 3 years of Cross Functional expertise (Finance, Supply Chain, Program Delivery, CS&S etc.) and related SAP capabilities
  • Minimum of 3 years building trusted partnerships with clients/customers, provide guidance through complex functional and/or technical decisions
  • Prior consulting experience or similar advisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

California: $140,900 to $336,900

Colorado: $140,900 to $291,100

New York City: $163,100 to $336,900

New York - Albany: $121,400 to $269,500

Washington: $150,100 to $309,900
