Essential Job Functions
- Accurately pull customer orders from designated locations using a cherry picker or pallet jack.
- Arrange orders on pallets for easy inspection and shipment.
- Physically and systematically transfer products to optimize warehouse flow.
- Interpret customer orders and vendor stock sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Managers, Material Handlers, and Forklift Operators to move products efficiently.
- Maintain organized pallet flow for stocking, transfers, and production needs.
- Safely operate a cherry picker and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Must pass the Hit Forklift Training Certification Course.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively.
- Familiarity with First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management.
- At least two years of recent experience operating cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- High school diploma or GED.
Other Skills & Abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work in various warehouse conditions—including high heat and cold temperatures.
