Your Responsibilities: Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Support all internal marketing channels for identification and institution of best practices. Obtain and evaluate relevant information to develop and monitor processes. Log and enforce Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP) to track customer complaints and drive corrective action. Drive requests and unresolved issues to the designated source for resolution Participate in customer visits and training as needed some travel required. Work in multiple computer systems/applications to accomplish daily tasks. Manage assigned backlog for timely drawing submittals and returns and product releases. Process new customer orders and change orders using the Hitachi Order Entry Program.
