We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Master Production Scheduler to join our innovative team in Richland, MS. How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, customer orders, capacity constraints, and material availability.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

• Analyze production capacity, labor, equipment availability, and inventory to proactively identify constraints and optimize resource utilization.

• Monitor schedule adherence and take corrective actions to resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or material shortages.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates in ERP/MRP systems and maintain clean data related to production orders and inventory levels.

• Generate and report key metrics including schedule attainment, capacity utilization, and forecast accuracy.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance scheduling processes, reduce lead times, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
