Short Term Rental Property Care Coordinator
We are seeking a part time dedicated and detail-oriented Property Care Coordinator to join our short-term rental property management company. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining pristine homes, organizing spaces, and staging properties to perfection. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inspections before guest arrivals to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for occupancy.
- Stage and organize properties to create an inviting and appealing atmosphere for guests.
- Restock necessary supplies and coordinate with cleaners and vendors, including the maintenance team, to address property upkeep promptly.
- Communicate with team members to report damage caused from guests and assist in providing detailed records for insurance claim filing and coordinating maintenance.
- Manage supply ordering and maintain meticulous records for inventory and expenses.
- Communicate when it is necessary to update or replace furniture and other design elements items are necessary
- Maintain a flexible schedule and on-call availability, including availability on weekends to accommodate guest arrivals and departures.
- Previous experience in hospitality, maintenance and/or cleaning is preferred to effectively fulfill the role's responsibilities.
Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail to uphold the highest standards in property management.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cleaners and vendors, ensuring efficient property management.
- A proactive problem solver who can work independently and does not require micromanagement.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have transportation to various properties.
- Must live in Atlanta metro area
Compensation:
- The pay for this position starts at $50 per property inspection (average 8-15 inspections a week) plus bonuses.
- There are many opportunities in this role to make additional income by providing emergency runner services to properties, performing maintenance tasks, showing rental properties to potential renters, property onboarding and set up, assisting with design refreshes and assisting with social media. The opportunities are vast for someone who is willing to help out where needed and grow with the company.
- This is a part-time 1099 contractor position, offering 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for growth within the company.
