What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Agent position at Hive Group Inc.?

Duties and Responsibilities

Respond and handle customer inquiries on all online and mobile platforms.

Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints.

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues accordingly.

Addressing and resolving client complaints.

Keeping comprehensive records and creating reports on customer interactions / inquiries / complaints.

Ensuring overall satisfactory and professional customer support.

All other related tasks as directed by the Management.

Job Requirements

Excellent English communication skills is a must.

At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service role.
