Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR-related functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will be able to utilize their expertise in human capital management to contribute to the organization's overall success.
Duties:
- Provide strategic guidance and support to management on HR initiatives and policies.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer extension, utilizing tools such as Taleo and UltiPro.
- Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct new hire orientations and provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee benefits, including workers' compensation and performance management.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement performance management programs.
- Design and implement organization design initiatives to align with the company's strategic goals.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA and ADA.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Skills:
- Proven experience in human capital management.
- Proficiency in HR software systems, including Oracle and UltiPro.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in workers' compensation and performance management.
- Ability to design and implement organization design initiatives.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

Pay: $43,444.30 - $52,320.01 per year
