What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member -Fern Valley position at HJI Chain Solutions Inc?
The Operations Team member will be a multifaceted employee responsible for roles of rotation in assembly line work, kitting, preparing shipments for transport, receive, put away, pick-pack & ship to customers through labeling and sequencing. The Operations Team Member may also operate tug machines, or other powered material handling equipment on occasion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, loading and staging of commodities
Kitting & Assembly of products in assigned line-work
Maintaining HJI safety policies and procedures in all areas
Process inventory control and stock rotation safely and efficiently
Know and perform all duties with HJI Quality Standards in mind
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Warehouse experience in fast-paced environment,
Basic oral, written, and numerical communication skills
Ability to use RF scan guns and system equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
