What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready position at HK Property Management?
We are looking for a Porter located at:
Royal Widlewood Manor
201 Dixie Drive
Clute TX 77531
Job Duties:
- Ensure the grounds and pool are clean
- Consistently demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
· Ensure the cleanliness of the dumpster areas and preparation for trash pick-up.
- Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained.
- Assist Maintenance Lead
- Advise supervisor of items needing additional attention in the apartment; i.e. ripped carpet, torn linoleum, window or door repair, etc.
- Provide assistance with apartment turnovers as directed.
· Communicate with the Maintenance Team Leader regarding any problems with maintenance or curb appeal that requires further attention.
· Respond appropriately to emergencies, according to policies and procedures.(on call/rotation is required)
· Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures
- Trash out units as they become empty
This is a full time position and on call is required.
