JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for all sourcing, purchasing and supply chain monitoring.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES (others may be assigned):
- Sourcing
- RFQ, Quote analysis, Source selection included price decision
- Collaborate with Global Purchasing, R&D and Global Mando’s Affiliates
- Purchasing price management
- Material cost management (BOM Level)
- Supplier price increase request and decrease negotiation
- Engineering change management
- Prototype, samples including tools
- Cost reduction
- Value Analysis / Value engineering / Manufacturing Process analysis
- Customer based CR initiatives
- Supply chain monitoring
- Supplier financial and business trends
- Supplier manufacturing process
- Supplier production line capacity
- Issue control (Quality, Delivery, Legal, etc) and lead resolution
- Supplier pool management
- Potential supplier identification (SI[Supplier Intelligence] Activities)
- Tier down sourcing
- New program acquisition
- Potential cost analysis & Preparing Development cost with R&D and business control team
- Purchasing Coordinator
- Enhance cooperation with other Depts. (Sales/R&D/HM → Agile Response)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 year College Degree in Engineering (Preferred) or Business
- 1~3 years of Purchasing experience
- Cost structure analysis capability
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Strong Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint) suite skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Good English skills (Writing and Speaking)
