Job Responsibilities:
- Call on high potential case managers, doctors and other sales targets in assigned territory as determined by Regional Sales Manager
- Meet and exceed sales goals for assigned territory.
- Develop new customer targets in order to achieve referrals from accounts that have minimal to no referral history with HME Specialists.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing referral sources within assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct in-services on products and services for referral sources, facilities, and Hospitals within assigned territory.
- Track sales calls using a CRM application as well as maintain accurate records on prospective and active sales targets and accounts.
- Understand and communicate information to referral sources relative to Medicare and commercial insurance requirements.
- Assist headquarters with sales orders as necessary; confirm patient order documentation and payor information.
- Work closely with referral sources to resolve complaints.
- Perform other duties as directed by Regional Sales Manager.
- Must be able to travel to outlying territory accounts on a bi-weekly visit.
Qualifications:
- Education and experience equivalent to a four-year BA/BS degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1- 3 years of related outside sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Existing relationships with major hospitals/health systems in the territory is preferred.
- Ability to learn and apply information quickly as well as interpret insurance needs and offer
appropriate customer solutions.
- Existing knowledge of Sleep Therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, and qualification criteria.
- Great presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a team selling environment.
- Geographically located within or close to assigned territory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
