The Licensed Social Worker works with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide psychological, social, and interventions that support patients and families relating to behavioral / medical health, levels of care, disease and illness and wellness and recovery.
This onsite position is based at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, NJ. Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Some cross coverage may be needed for other campuses. A flexible schedule is needed and prior experience in hospice, palliative care and acute care is strongly desired.
