What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grape Road Host position at HMR Acquisition Co., Inc.?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide a table in the Dining Room or Cantina
- Answer the phone
- Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.
- “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
- Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
- Sidework & Cleaning duties
- Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Offer a Guest Obsessed farewell as they depart.
- Able to operate the POS system.
- Escort guests to their table, give them menus, and answer any questions.
- Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries.
- Able to take orders, enter the POS, accurately bag the orders, and handle an efficient guest transaction.
- Give guests accurate wait time estimates.
- Clean and maintain sparkling clean restrooms and lobbies.
- Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers/staff.
