Seeking a Resident Manager for charming property in East San Diego County!

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- · Handle record keeping, reporting, rental revenue, delinquencies, late notices, 3-day notices, resident relations
- · Arrange for alterations, maintenance, and upkeep of property
- · Process apartment applications and lease renewals by accurately completing all related paperwork
- · Ensure timely apartment turnovers, moves-in, move-outs, and work order requests are completed on schedule
- · Purchases supplies and equipment for use
- · Ensure the leasing office is opened on time and that leasing office and vacant apartments are maintained in presentable condition. Inspect the property daily.
- · Keep abreast of industry, market, and seasonal trends and engage in on-going education and training
- · Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- · Live on Site
- · Minimum of 1 year of experience as an on-site property manager in an apartment community
- · Must have a valid driver drive license and proof of auto insurance
- · Self-initiative and the ability to multi-task
- · Ability to work with and around people in a positive and cooperative manner
- · Strong customer service and organizational skills
- · Must be able to quickly develop good rapport with prospective residents
- · Mature, positive, and professional attitude
- · Self-initiative and the ability to multi-task
- · Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines (avoid distraction around desk)
- · Pleasant, confident, and professional manner
