What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organic Blueberry Farm - Hand Weeding position at Hobbit Hill Farm LLC?
Hobbit Hill Farm LLC is a small, family owned and operated, USDA certified organic, pick-your-own blueberry patch.
We are looking for a dedicated person to join our small team and help care for our organic blueberry plants.
This position will involve removing weeds around blueberry plants by hand using small hand tools . Prior experience with gardening, plant identification, or outdoor work is a plus!!
An ideal candidate will be self motivated, able to take direction, detail oriented, able to work independently, and up for the demands of physical and outdoor work.
Prior experience is helpful but not necessary. Training is provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
