Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, social media, and design—whether you’re just starting your marketing career or looking to bring fresh ideas into a fun, fast-paced environment. Ideal for a college student or recent grad in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
You’ll be responsible for helping us showcase our new construction homes, real estate listings, and brand across digital platforms. You’ll also support the team with light administrative tasks and get a front-row seat to the world of real estate, homebuilding, and entrepreneurship.
What You'll Do:
- Visit construction sites and real estate listings to capture photos and videos
- Create engaging social media content (videos, reels, stories, posts)
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist with graphic design, flyers, email campaigns, and online listings
- Help organize digital assets, update websites, and post listings
- Provide light administrative support (calls, emails, file organization, errands)
- Bring creative ideas and energy to help grow our brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Comfortable with photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, iMovie, Adobe Suite a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Positive energy, a proactive attitude, and a good eye for design
- Able to work independently and show initiative without needing constant direction
- Ability to work
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation (for visiting properties)

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
