We are looking for a friendly, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to join our new, locally owned dental practice!
About the Role: As the first person our patient's meet, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Verifying and processing insurance claims
- Managing patient outreach and communications
- Providing general office support and assisting with patient inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a dental office is a plus but not required. A willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential!
- Computer literacy is required as we run a highly digital office. We will provide training using Open Dental Software to help you become familiar with our system.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care are essential to succeed in this role.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 8:10-5:00
