Summary:
The Triphahn Center & Willow Recreation Center is seeking a qualified individual to work in as a part-time, Front Desk Associate. This position will promote the Hoffman Estates Park District by providing customers and visitor’s quality service and information on both The Triphahn/Willow and Park District program offerings. The Front Desk Associate will provide support with front desk operations, membership sales, tours, and general facility organization and cleanliness.

Hoffman Estates, IL Hoffman Estates, IL
Days/Hours of Work:
Approximately 8-18 hours per week, must be available at least one weekend day.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have valid Illinois Driver’s License.
- Ability to work with RecTrac, with training.
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work with minimum of supervision.
