Hoffman Homes is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help youth and young adults understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
The Finance Department is accepting applicants for the Business Office Coordinator position. This position works with the CFO and the Medical Billing Coordinator to support the functions of the business office.
Duties Include:
- · Process accounts payable
- · Submit tuition billing for the education department
- · Maintain the cash register
- · Reconcile company credit cards
- · Compile and submit re-authorization requests for youth-in-care
- · Process school district determinations (4605’s)
- · Bank deposits
- · Organize mail and package deliveries
- · Assist individuals at the business office window
Requirements:
- · High school diploma or the Equivalent
- · Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Quick Books
- · Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and general office equipment
- · Strong organizational and communication skills
- · Must be able to maintain confidentiality of children-in-care
- · Need to be able to work effectively with interruptions
- · Positive attitude
