The Finance Manager role will be a key member of the Foodservice finance team and will especially partner with the Sales and Customer Care teams, the Commercial Finance team, and our outside customers to ensure contracts and agreements are created and administered properly, and profit targets are met and exceeded.

The Finance Manager role will be a key member of the Foodservice finance team and will especially partner with the Sales and Customer Care teams, the Commercial Finance team, and our outside customers to ensure contracts and agreements are created and administered properly, and profit targets are met and exceeded.
Essential Job Duties
- Partner with Sales and Commercial Finance to establish and maintain excellence in customer contract creation, maintenance, and renewals.
- Partner with outside customers to quickly and accurately process contract claims.
- Audit claims for noncompliance and partner with all available resources to recapture lost revenue.
- Develop and provide actionable insights to business leaders on a standard and ad hoc basis to include:
- Contract variance analysis against PY, budget, and forecast
- Calculation of monthly accruals
- Reconciliation of accounts and journal entries
- Reporting of contract profitability, including GPO and commercial National and Local contracts
- 5 years of finance experience
- MBA is preferred
- Manufacturing company background is preferred
