HOGWORKZ is seeking a detail oriented, and highly skilled customer service representative and office administrator. Successful candidates will exhibit solid work ethic and have experience with phone-based customer service. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced eCommerce business, this is not a good opportunity for candidates lacking a customer service focus or those with a poor work ethic.
Job Duties:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services via email, chat and telephone.
- Order Management duties : creating shipping labels / bill of ladings, managing orders across multiple e-commerce channels, closing out shipped orders, checking order statuses, cancelling orders
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Assisting upper management with administrative duties such as billing/invoicing.
- Walk customers through problem solving process.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, required.
- Familiarization with motorcycles, or motorcycle experience is a HUGE plus.
- Minimum of 2 year of customer service experience
