What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position at Hokanson Companies, Inc.?

Northside Indianapolis Corporate Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have experience with creating and modifying various documents using Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel, and manipulating Adobe Acrobat PDFs.  Yardi experience is a plus.


This position will require superior organizational, communicational, and data accuracy skills.  Ability to facilitate work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, team environment and a desire to take initiative on various tasks and projects.  Responsibilities will include assisting a collection of managers, establishing a proactive partnership, and developing strategies to ensure assignments stay on-track and delivered on-time.
