Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous.
- Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
