Pimento's in Collierville is looking for YOU! Come be a part of a fast-paced and FUN full-service restaurant environment! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as the new Assistant Kitchen Manager for Pimentos!
This position demands creativity daily, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. The Kitchen Manager must work well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours. I am considering all experienced Assistant Kitchen managers for this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations under the guidance of the General Manager
- Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety and sanitation
- Prioritize completing task
- Ensure Service and or Culinary Excellence
- Ensure excellent guest experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least one years of Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment
- Stress management/composure
- Proven leadership and time management skills
- Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
