We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our hospitality team. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of guest relations.
Duties
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
- Train and mentor front desk personnel on best practices in hospitality management.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and order necessary items to maintain front desk functionality.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel management role is required.
- MUST HAVE RECENT OPERA EXPERIENCE
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and night audit processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
