We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be thorough, organized and quick to respond to guest needs and requests. The successful candidate will have experience cleaning guest rooms, have an eye for detail, be comfortable speaking with guests, and possess the ability to work alone.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that guest rooms and common areas are organized and tidy.
- Change linens, assist with laundry needs, vaccum floors, clean furniture
- Communicate guest complaints to management.
- Be friendly with guests and other staff.
- Work as part of a team.
- Have knowledge of fire safety procedures.
