Breakfast/Lobby Attendant -
Are you an Early Bird? Then this job is for you. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick MD is seeking a individual to join the team. You will deliver a great guest experience, prepare food in a timely manner and ensure guests have a memorable experience while enjoying our delicious “Fresh Start Breakfast”. You will also be responsibly for the cleanliness of the lobby, pool, guest fitness, offices, laundry areas and all other common areas. This position will be cross trained in all departments including Laundry and Housekeeping.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes
- Control food usage to minimize waste
- Advise supervisor of low inventory items; assists in ordering, receiving items and taking inventory
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area that meet or exceed any local laws regarding health and safety
- Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters
- Prepares daily breakfast menu of hot and cold breakfast foods
- Break down breakfast area at end of breakfast time, ensuring clean facility ready for next meal
- Maintain a clean lobby, pool, fitness/guest laundry, offices, bathrooms, all other common areas
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor

- Maintain any food handling certificates and training required by the Brand

Physical Requirements for this Position: This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time. You will be standing 99% of the time.
Job Type: Every Weekend and Holiday Required for this position. 32 Hour work week.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
