- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette, with clear and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations
