- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and experience with HVAC/R
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for diagnostics and repairs
- Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and perform electrical repairs
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Understanding of high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
