As a server, you will be our ambassador working directly with our guest to help them feel cared for and welcome. You will serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food in accordance within the quality and control standards as outlined in the brand Operating Procedures (SOP) Guide.

Job Requirements:
● Work with all F&B staff members to service our patrons in a timely manner.
● Set-up and closure of the F&B department as outlined in the SOP Guide.
● Preparation, storage and service of all food and beverage products in accordance with SOP Guide and local health department regulations and guidelines.
● Assist in the receiving and storage of all food & beverage products as outlined by local health department rules and regulations.
● Following HACCP procedures as outlined by management.
● Maintaining the cleanliness of the department’s food and beverage storage, prep, equipment, service and dining areas in accordance with company policy and all local health department regulations and guidelines as required.
● Assisting with set-up, disassembly, preparation and service of all ala carte, room service and catering functions as requested.
● Controlling food, beverage and disposable expenses with portion and waste control measures while maintaining quality and consistency as outlined by management.
● Informing management of overages and shortages of deliveries, prep pars and portion control issues contrary to policy or standards.
● Assist in public relations, marketing and promotions of the department as required (special event functions).
● Observing and participating in the master cleaning schedule and preparation lists as outlined by the SOP Guide.
● Expediting patrons’ special requests wherever possible.
● Participating in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
● Demonstrate complete knowledge of emergency and safety procedures including the use of the facility paging system.
● Work towards meeting departmental operations goals as well as working in tandem with the hotel’s organizational goals.
● Complete knowledge of the facility, staff, services and hours of operation.
● At all times representing the brand and its client in a professional and positive manner.
● Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all departments and guests.
● Provides assistance to hotel operations as requested.
