What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security/Bar Back position at Holiday Inn on the Lake?
We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in problem handling and has a basic understanding of the Bar business. This position is a hybrid position that allows the individual to flow from helping behind the bar to walking the hotel grounds.
This is a tipped position on top of your hourly wage. This position can be used as a stepping stone to Management and/or Bartender.
Job Duties are:
*Assisting bartenders with drink orders, cleaning glasses, taking out garbage, re-stocking the coolers
*Assisting the Night MOD with any altercation or problem that arises
*Walking the Hotel grounds including assisting with pool closing and room noise
*Assisting with closing the Restaurant and Lounge at the end of the night
*Any other duties asked by the bartenders or MOD
