What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Coordinator position at Holland Homes?
Holland Homes is looking for a digital marketing coordinator who is willing to work hard and grow with our company. This position will report directly to the head of our marketing team and will be responsible for website maintenance, copywriting, Google my Business management, and overseeing paid digital advertising platforms. Candidate will be expected to create content and produce ideas. Candidate will also assist in creating community marketing handouts, as well as overseeing Zillow.com and Realtor.com builder profiles. Responsibilities:
- Utilize Wordpress to manage ongoing Website Maintenance.
- Write all community descriptions, community taglines, floor plan descriptions, etc.
- Manage Google My Business Community Pages and Google Reviews
- Create and Maintain Digital Paid Ads - Create Copy and Photography for each individual ad and track its metrics.

Preferred Skills
- Obtaining or completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, Film making /Digital Video Production or related field is preferred.
- Experience in Social Media Platforms- specifically Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to write creatively for marketing collateral.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of paid digital ad platforms and metrics
- Experience with Wordpress
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be willing to travel locally if needed.
