Holly Ridge Center, a non-profit neurodevelopment agency in Bremerton, WA, is seeking a Family Resources Coordinator. In this position, you'll conduct telephone interviews and home visits to perform initial screenings and complete intakes for families of infants or toddlers to help them access services for which they may qualify. You'll gather information to assist them using an interdisciplinary, family-centered, and culturally diverse approach. You'll help families access early intervention services through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) - Part C program and inform them about their rights and procedural safeguards. You'll also provided information to connect them with appropriate community resources.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of Infant Toddler Program professionals, providing early intervention services to children from ages birth to three years old.
