- Serve as Games Manager in his/her absence.
- Providing superior customer service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and the ability to deal Table Games offered.
- Assist in the processing of team members as required.
- Reconcile potential conflicts with guests regarding the rules and conduct of game play.
- Responsible for game protection including the identification of potential card counters, game accuracy, and pace of table game play.
- Conduct all procedures associated with opening and closing the shift including preparing dice, cards, and associated gaming equipment as well as accuracy completing all Table Games transactions required.
- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to maximize efficiency and productivity by all team members.
- Directly oversee the handling of all guest related matters with positive outcomes on disagreements in a consistent, professional manner to ensure return visits.
- Make decisions on discretionary and non-discretionary comping, including rating guest play for evaluation.
- May be required to perform duties outside of normal job description where, in the company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest services. Establish initial and ongoing training programs including conducting training sessions as needed.

- You must hold 2 years of Table Games experience within the last 10 years.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
- Ability to understand and analyze Budget and P&L Statements.
- Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Proven managerial and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests, and vendors.
- Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift.
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
