WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Operate and maintain power equipment and vehicles in a safe manner, including lawn mowers, blowers, sweepers, etc.

- Cut and trim grass, turn and add mulch, plant flowers and bushes, fertilize and seed, etc.

- Remove dead trees and limbs, clear brush and debris, as necessary.

- Pick up trash and empty trash receptacles around property, including parking garage.

- Assist with site trash disposal and recycling programs, including maintainance of trash disposal areas.

- Become an essential member of the casino snow removal team. Must be available for ice and snow removal activities.

- Assist tasks related to roads or outside areas of the casino as needed such as installing signage, power washing wall and floor, entrances, etc.

- Place stone and rocks in drainage areas and set up stone landscape areas, as necessary.

- Assist the track maintenance team in the process of maintaining the track and barn area, as necessary.

- Assist the maintenance team inside the buildings with repairs and maintenance to the casino, as necessary.

- Assist with other laborer activities or staff maintenance duties as directed by the management team.

- High School Diploma/GED; or equivalent work experience that demonstrates qualities of sound judgment and dependability; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.

- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules.

- Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.

- Multilingual, preferred.

- Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.

- Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).

- Must possess a valid driver's license. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
