- Observes and reports any and all gaming violations and/incidents on company property
- Operates all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras as assigned.
- Learns all games in use and all procedures and cheating indicators of such games.
- Understands and ensures compliance with all company/department policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Writes proper reports as needed in a timely manner.
- Reviews and responds to all surveillance and gaming control request.
- Interprets and reviews all other departments request when necessary.
- Remains current with all activities that threaten the security of the property.
- This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and team members may also be asked to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course reserves the right to revise or change job duties and responsibilities as the need arises with appropriate notification to Team Members.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to observe and identify suspected cheaters and cheating techniques; must have 20/20 corrected vision.
- Understanding of property and department policies and procedures.
- Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements.
- Other duties, as needed.
