Below is a brief overview of these programs (programs may vary by country or worker type): Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Employee Assistance Program Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement The Holman Strategy Office is currently accepting applications for the position of Strategy Consultant Principal Purpose of Position: Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, develop and communicate recommendations to senior leadership Collaborate with senior business and HSO leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of enterprise strategic plans Serve as project owner on transformative enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with responsibility for all aspects of the initiative’s success from strategic planning through successful operational implementation Provide leadership support and manage the annual and 5-year strategic planning processes, including facilitating strategy sessions, running executive work-streams and owning responsibility for successful outcomes Serve as both a liaison and strategic partner to the business leadership teams, recommend solutions and help them identify areas of focus and opportunity Identify, utilize and create both traditional and modern strategy frameworks and assessment tools to analyze data and to understand challenges, opportunities and risks Present and explain findings to the leadership team and key stakeholders in concise, impactful presentations Formulate and present plans for successful implementation of recommendations Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 years’ experience at a top-tier management consulting, investment banking firm or in-house consulting preferred Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other applications Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge: Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex business scenarios Project Management and Project Leadership experience required Possesses initiative, focus, creative and flexible problem solving skills Ability to perform accurately under time constraints with strong attention to detail Education and/or Training: BS/BA in Business or relevant discipline required MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred #LI-Hybrid #LI-LS1 Holman is a global automotive leader that serves both commercial and consumer clients The Holman Way by always doing the right thing for our people, our customers, and the community since 1924.
