Sales Associate/Reservations Agent Holokai Catamaran – (Waikiki)
Holokai Catamaran is currently accepting applications for a Full-time and/or Part-time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team that offers great benefits and the chance to grow and move up the ladder. We are world famous for our sailing tours off Waikiki Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, positive beach staff and work alongside an experienced and motivated boat crew!
We are seeking dedicated individuals with a flexible schedule to join our 'ohana. Weekly hours will vary from 30-40 (Full-time) or >25 (Part-time). Holokai Catamaran offers paid training, competitive wages, commission, bonuses, employee health/vision/dental benefits*, uniforms included, and PAID parking in Waikiki!
Starting pay is $17/hour based on experience, plus commission.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer incoming customer and affiliate inquiries by phone, email, or in person and create and manage reservations in FareHarbor booking system
- Check-in guests, escort them to the vessel and assist crew to ensure a safe boarding process
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Demonstrate excellent customer service over the phone and in person. Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and offering support and solutions in accordance with the company's policies
- Complete daily closing paperwork
- Assist with merchandise and other office inventory as needed
- Assist Crew between sails with inventory/supplies
- Achieve team sales goals through individual and private charter sales, implementing new sales tactics, and team work
- Other duties as requested

The Environment
You will be working between inside and outside environments. Shifts typically are between 8 and 10 hours. Uniforms are required and will be provided by the company. You must be comfortable using a computer or iPad to perform the majority of your duties. You will work closely with a team of 5-7 Sales Associates and the Office Manager, in partnership with the boat crew to ensure enjoyable, smooth, and safe experiences for our guests!
*Pay and commission are subject to experience. Health/Dental/Vision available upon meeting eligibility requirements.
