Holstrom, Block & Parke, a Professional Law Corporation, is seeking a full-time Office Assistant for our Corona office. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and a team player.
As a member of the support staff, you will have the following responsibilities:
· Maintaining office and conference rooms
· Working with legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys, and other support staff
· Assist front desk by answering calls; greeting and receiving clients
· Assist with running errands, delivering, serving and filing documents
· Assist with other tasks as needed
Candidates must possess a driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
