What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internal Audit Analyst position at Holtec International?
Holtec International, a multi-national company in the green energy industry sector specializing in Engineering, Manufacturing, additionally handling spent nuclear fuel, decommissioning of nuclear power plants and battery energy storage, is seeking to recruit degreed accountants at its Camden Technology Campus located on the Delaware river in southern NJ. The prospective candidates must have experience in Accounts Payable and Procurement process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ability to review invoices for accuracy and verify conformity with the purchase order
Identify and resolve vendor invoice errors to ensure that all Accounts Payable procedures are adhered to according to established internal Holtec guidelines
Proactively identify aged invoices and address outstanding issues to maintain acceptable agings
Interact with both internal (Project managers) and external customers (Vendors) to collectively resolve outstanding issues in a professional manner
Identify and re-engineer Process flow deficiencies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute of Higher education
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective organizational skills with the ability to problem solve
Proficiency in MS Office programs
