What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Holtzman Vogel?
Holtzman Vogel is seeking an experienced litigation paralegals to work in its DC and Northern Virginia offices. The candidates will be responsible for assisting attorneys in DC or VA and throughout the firm’s five offices in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, assisting attorneys with administrative tasks, calendar scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. This position is an in-office position from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
- Legal research
- Assist with case management
- E-Discovery
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
- Assist attorneys with administrative matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5 years as Litigation Paralegal
