Homans Associates (HA) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. We proudly distribute the Mitsubishi and Bryant brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full line of HVAC residential and commercial parts, supplies, and accessories. We have locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. We currently have an opening for a Territory Manager. There is no relocation assistance offered for this position.
We're seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to drive growth in the Stamford area, leveraging your sales and leadership expertise in HVAC wholesale distribution. As a Territory Manager, you'll build strong customer relationships, design tailored sales strategies and lead our sales efforts in the region.
Key Responsibilities: of the Territory Sales Manager:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet territory sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Negotiate pricing, manage sales contracts, and resolve customer issues
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve regional sales objectives
Requirements of the Territory Sales Manager:
- 3 years of HVAC wholesale distribution sales experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and installation
- Proven negotiation and mediation skills
