Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one care, addressing unique needs with empathy

- Personal care for a person who uses a wheelchair

- Assist with essential daily living activities

- Helping to prepare and serve meals according to our recipes and provided menu

- Prepare nutritious meals

- Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the home

- Managing the home's general maintenance needs

- Helping with household upkeep

- Performing other related duties as assigned by the person you are providing support for

- Maintain a clean and organized environment in clients' homes

- Physically capable of performing tasks that include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling

- Provide personalized patient care based on individual needs

- Support individual with disabilities in daily activities and promote their independence

- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment

Qualifications
- Familiarity with working with people with disabilities is helpful but not necessary

- Age requirement: must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Strong communication skills is essential for the best care coverage for the individual you assist

- Able to pass a background check

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
