As we aim to scale from $2M to $10M in the next five years, we need a talented individual to lead our finance organization, drive process improvements, and ensure financial health.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support long-term business planning.
- Lead the development of financial strategies to scale the business and monitor key financial metrics.
- Oversee FP&A function, prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and transparency.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions for scalability.
- Manage cash flow, processing A / R, A / P, Payroll, and Client Billing.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, communicate financial performance clearly.
