Job Overview:
- Lead Generators will be working directly with customers in a retail store setting and should be upbeat, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Brand Ambassadors will be offering free estimates to customers for their HVAC needs.
- Marketing Representative will use Business Development skills to approach customers that probably are not shopping for HVAC but can benefit tremendously by scheduling an appointment with our Specialist.
- Initiate friendly conversation with the Home Depot store guests and educate them about summer contests and promotions
- Answer questions and handle concerns or objections customers may verbalize
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be punctual, honest, and dependable
- Ready to have fun, talk to a lot of people, and tenacious when scheduling appointments for our Specialists
- Self-starting, competitive, and unwilling to relent in showing value and excitement to the Home Depot shoppers
- Able to work 40 hours a week
- Be accommodating and solution orientated to our store location staffing needs
