Job Description :
This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where you will develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers.
Your role involves conducting in-home sales presentations, closing high-ticket deals, and traveling within the area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct professional sales presentations of our products and services to homeowners.
- Travel to / from appointments and complete assessments of customers' needs.
- Close sales by effectively presenting financing options.
- Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement and success.
Qualifications :
- Must have a car and drivers license
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous in-home sales experience is a plus.

- Average first-year compensation : $100,000 - $150,000, with top performers earning up to $200,000.
