Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
Support clients in participating in their favorite activities.
Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Remind clients to take medications as scheduled.
Monitor and document clients' health and behavior.
Provide reliable transportation for appointments and errands when necessary.
Follow care plans as established by nursing staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Completion of a state-approved CNA or HHA training program.
CNA certification (Preferred)
CPR/First Aid certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
